Pickup information:
Ordering and collection: Order online and collect the gate personally from our warehouse.

Delivery notice: The delivery notice provided by us after production is provisional and not legally binding. Deviations, e.g. due to traffic volumes or disruptions, do not give rise to claims for complaint.

Conditions for free freight of gates and doors:

-Please provide your mobile number when ordering
- Please ensure that someone is present to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date. If someone is not present, please contact us.
- Our delivery is made with a truck combination of 18 meters in length.
- For unloading with a truck-mounted forklift we need sufficient space around the vehicle.
- Your address must be accessible; consider access roads, tight curves, posts, overhanging trees, etc.

- The driver unloads the goods at the address specified when ordering.
- Unloading at other locations is the responsibility of the customer; we are not liable for damage at unsafely chosen unloading locations.

How to use our remote control:
Program the garage door openers in the same way as the original DITEC transmitter remote controls, please refer to the user manual of your receiver.
1. Open the control case and find the receiver - Make sure that jumper JR6 on the receiver unit is active.
2. Press the black PRG button for 5 seconds - Press the button on the new remote control you want to activate for 5 seconds.
3. Wait 10 seconds for the receiver to reset and test.

How to program:
Clone your original remote control as follows:

Step 1: Clear the duplicator’s code memory
1. Press buttons A and B simultaneously until the LED flashes 3 times.
2. Release button B (keep button A pressed) and press button B slowly 3 times, the LED will flash.
3. Release button A, the code memory is now erased.

**Step 2: Copy the code from the original transmission remote control**
1. Position the duplicator as close as possible to the original transmission remote.
2. Press and hold button A on the original transmitter remote, then press button A on the duplicator until the duplicator LED flashes.
3. Release both buttons, the code has been copied; copy the other button in the same way.
