⚙️ Application & Assembly

The bearing plate 3285 is installed on the right side of the gate system and secures the C-profile in the correct position. At the same time, the integrated bearing accommodates the 1" shaft and ensures stable, quiet support of the shaft assembly.

The intelligent 15 mm adjustment allows for precise alignment of horizontal and vertical rails – especially important to avoid warping, jerking and uneven gate operation.

Safety Notice: Work on shafts, bearing points, and C-profile rails is safety-critical. It may only be carried out by trained professionals. High preload forces and loads → acute risk of accidents and injuries if installed incorrectly!

🏁 Practical example

In a workshop with a heavily used sectional door, the warped right bearing plate was replaced with bearing plate 3285. After installation, the door ran much more smoothly, the C-profile guide was aligned again, and the stress on the drive and shaft was noticeably reduced.

Ordering and collection: Order online and collect the gate personally from our warehouse.
