Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter):

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. We will provide you with a return label upon request; the resulting shipping costs will either be paid by you directly to the shipping provider or deducted from your refund. Of course, we will cover the return shipping costs for justified complaints (e.g., defective goods, incorrect delivery).

Out of responsibility for the environment and resources: We want to avoid unnecessary returns. Please check dimensions, designs, and compatibility before purchasing.

Return conditions

• Item in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, undamaged
• with labels and in the original packaging
• including proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged , or if you have received the wrong item , so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. garage doors, custom-made products, personalized items)
• perishable goods
• personal care/hygiene products
• hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases
• Promotional items , vouchers and final sale items

• Floor profiles & seals (floor rubbers, top rubbers & accessories for gates)
• Garage sectional doors (all variants)
• Gap seals for doors, gates and loading equipment (all variants)

The fastest way to exchange your order: Send back the received item and reorder the desired item after the return has been approved.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

Notwithstanding any other regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods were shipped to the European Union. The conditions and documentation requirements described above apply.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days . Please note that processing by your bank/credit card company may take additional time.
