The Marantec Special 633 is a compact one-way photoelectric sensor with an 8 m range, 2-wire technology, IP65 protection, and ±90° rotatable optics. Includes a 20 m underground cable – ideal for professional installations on gate systems.

Thanks to the 2-wire technology, power supply, signal, and test are transmitted via just two wires – perfect for gate controllers with a 2-wire photocell input. The ±90° rotatable optics allow for flexible alignment, even in challenging installation situations.

Application & Assembly

The Special 633 is suitable for gate systems with a 2-wire photocell input and can be flexibly aligned thanks to its rotatable optics. The included 20-meter underground cable also allows for installations over longer distances – ideal for industrial and outdoor gate systems.

Safety note: Installation only when de-energized. Light barriers are safety-relevant and must be installed according to applicable standards.

In an outdoor installation with a wide access road, the Special 633 was installed using a 20-meter underground cable. The long cable length allowed for perfectly positioned mounting – since then, the light barrier has operated reliably in all weather conditions.

Ordering and collection: Order online and collect the gate personally from our warehouse.
