Assembly instructions

Cut the floor rubber to the desired length.
Before assembly , remove the rubber flap between the round chamber and the sealing lip .
Insert the Ø13 mm optosensor into the chamber.
Attach the profile to the bottom edge of the gate and insert it evenly.
Check closing edge safety device and check end positions.

Only by removing the rubber flap can the optosensor be correctly mounted and pressure transmission ensured.

Does the profile also fit other Hörmann types?

The IDD-HO floor rubber is specifically designed for SPU 30 and 40 sections. The fit may vary for other models.

Why does the rubber flap have to be removed?

The flap impedes pressure equalization between the chamber and the sealing lip. Only without the flap does the optosensor closing edge function correctly.

Can the profile be shortened?

Yes, it is sold by the meter and can be cut to size.

Ordering and collection: Order online and collect the gate personally from our warehouse.

Delivery notice: The delivery notice provided by us after production is provisional and not legally binding. Deviations, e.g. due to traffic volumes or disruptions, do not give rise to claims for complaint.

Conditions for free freight of gates and doors:

- Please ensure that someone is present to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date. If someone is not present, please contact us.
- Our delivery is made with a truck combination of 18 meters in length.
- For unloading with a truck-mounted forklift we need sufficient space around the vehicle.
