The right-handed RHW torsion spring is installed on the left inside side of the gate (as viewed from the inside). It balances the weight of the gate leaf and assists the drive mechanism during opening and closing. Thanks to pre-assembly with two spring heads, it is ready for immediate installation.

Safety note: Torsion springs are under high tension. Work should only be carried out with suitable tools (tension rods Ø 12.7 mm) and personal protective equipment (PPE). Disconnect the drive from the power supply before starting. Professional installation is recommended.
