Gate and door systems almost always use RAL colors. In brochures or documents you will find information such as "RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey". That's exactly what our paint pens are designed for – so the color match is significantly better than any random color from a hardware store.

1. Preparation

• Clean the area with a mild cleaner and allow it to dry thoroughly.
• Carefully remove loose paint residue and rust with fine sandpaper.
• Wipe with silicone remover/degreaser.

2. Activate the paint pen

• Shake the pen well (pigments will be evenly distributed).
• If necessary, briefly pump the nozzle onto cardboard until the paint flows smoothly.

3. Apply

• Work thinly, don't "plaster" it.
• It's better to apply 2-3 thin layers with drying time in between than one thick layer.
• Only hit the damaged area, don't drive wildly into the healthy paint.

4. Dry & check

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding drying time.
• Then check from a normal distance – from 30–50 cm you can hardly see the transitions anymore.
