The Sommer twist XL is a powerful swing gate operator for gate leaves up to 7 m wide or 1,100 kg in weight . Ideal for single-leaf, closed, or outward-opening gates with the highest demands for stability, security, and flexibility.

• Self-locking up to 5 m gate width – no electric lock required
• Electronically controlled force measurement via DPS (Dynamic Power System)
• Patented SOMMER braking system – withstands loads up to 3 tons
• Manual emergency release in any position (e.g. in case of power failure)
• Connections for warning light, light barrier (2-/4-wire) and external consumers (DC 24 V)

The twist XL control unit is supplied in an IP65 housing with a plug-in FM 868.8 MHz radio receiver – alternatively, the larger twist XXL control unit (IP67) with touch protection and main switch is also available.

Pickup information:
Ordering and collection: Order online and collect the gate personally from our warehouse.

Delivery notice: The delivery notice provided by us after production is provisional and not legally binding. Deviations, e.g. due to traffic volumes or disruptions, do not give rise to claims for complaint.

Conditions for free freight of gates and doors:

-Please provide your mobile number when ordering
- Please ensure that someone is present to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date. If someone is not present, please contact us.
- Our delivery is made with a truck combination of 18 meters in length.
- For unloading with a truck-mounted forklift we need sufficient space around the vehicle.
- Your address must be accessible; consider access roads, tight curves, posts, overhanging trees, etc.

Important points:
- The driver unloads the goods at the address specified when ordering.
- Unloading at other locations is the responsibility of the customer; we are not liable for damage at unsafely chosen unloading locations.
- If there are problems with space for unloading with the truck-mounted forklift, please ensure that there are enough unloading personnel available in advance.
