Delivery information for gates and doors

Pickup information:
Ordering and collection: Order online and collect the gate personally from our warehouse.

Delivery notice: The delivery notice provided by us after production is provisional and not legally binding. Deviations, e.g. due to traffic volumes or disruptions, do not give rise to claims for complaint.

Conditions for free freight of gates and doors:

-Please provide your mobile number when ordering
- Please ensure that someone is present to receive the goods on the scheduled delivery date. If someone is not present, please contact us.
- Our delivery is made with a truck combination of 18 meters in length.
- For unloading with a truck-mounted forklift we need sufficient space around the vehicle.
- Your address must be accessible; consider access roads, tight curves, posts, overhanging trees, etc.

Important points:
- The driver unloads the goods at the address specified when ordering.
- Unloading at other locations is the responsibility of the customer; we are not liable for damage at unsafely chosen unloading locations.
- If there are problems with space for unloading with the truck-mounted forklift, please ensure that there are enough unloading personnel available in advance.

- If your address cannot be reached by truck, please contact us before ordering to ensure optimal delivery and avoid damage.
